La Mama - Royal Fries - XL

Royal Fries by La Mama – XL on canvas The harbor is noble. The immaculate strawberry frames the face with all the solemnity of great court portraits. The dark fabrics impose silence and distinction. Yet, in her hands, no scepter, no precious jewels: only a McDonald’s fries cone. In Royal Fries, La Mama transforms one of the most ordinary symbols of our era into a true royal attribute. The gesture is simple, almost natural, as if these fries had always belonged among lace and aristocratic fabrics. The work plays with the clash of eras and classes, opposing the finery of nobility to one of the most universal pleasures of the people. A deliberately improbable encounter, at once elegant, indulgent, and deliciously irreverent. ⸻ About the work • Title: Royal Fries • Artist: La Mama • Edition: 1/6 – Limited series to 6 copies • Format: XL – 46 × 66 cm • Additional white border of 3 cm included • Support: High-definition Fine Art print on premium canvas • Technique: Digital creation combining AI, digital painting, drawing and manual retouching with Adobe Photoshop on a graphics tablet • Condition: New • Authenticity: Certificate of authenticity provided exclusively by email • Framing: Work sold without frame or chassis ⸻ A digital master’s craft Every detail has been worked with great precision: the fiery curls of the hairstyle, the fineness of the lace, the deep volumes of the black dress and the delicate light on the face build a portrait directly inspired by the old masters. La Mama dedicates several hours to each creation, working directly on the graphics tablet like a painter before his canvas. She manually refines the materials, volumes, lights, textures and details, layer after layer, until the desired visual balance is achieved. At the center of this sophisticated composition, the vibrant red of the fries cone acts as an immediate visual rupture. This contemporary element becomes the focal point of the work and transforms an aristocratic portrait into a pop scene as unexpected as it is memorable. ⸻ Delivery and presentation The work is printed on a premium canvas offering faithful reproduction of colors, textures and details. Through scenes blending elegance, humor and contemporary symbols, the artist creates works where artistic heritage and popular culture dialogue naturally.
