Refined set composed of 3 chairs model "Mauna Kea", designed by the master of Italian design Vico Magistretti for Kartell in 1994. An icon of industrial design from the 1990s, the Mauna Kea series combines minimal and elegant aesthetics with cutting-edge technical and functional solutions. Characteristics of the lot: Designer: Vico Magistretti Manufacturer: Kartell (Made in Italy) Model: Mauna Kea Year of design: 1994 Quantity: 3 chairs Materials: High-resistance polypropylene shell, frame and legs in aluminum tubular Color: Shell in a desaturated azure/ottoman blue shade with a metallic gray frame. Distinctive details: The characteristic horizontal slotted grille on the seat and backrest, designed to guarantee maximum breathability and visual lightness. Brand: Authenticity mark embossed in relief under the seat on each piece ("Kartell DESIGN VICO MAGISTRETTI Made in Italy"). Conditions: The chairs are presented in good original vintage condition. They show light and natural signs of wear tied to use (small superficial scratches or patina on the metal frame and on the shells, one plastic bumper missing), which attest to authenticity and preserve the period charm. Structurally solid, stable, and perfectly usable. Ideal for indoor environments, dining areas, studies, executive offices, or covered outdoor spaces.
