He was a famous kimono fashion designer. When he was 50 years old, he decided to follow his real passion, and became a traditional Kyoto woodblock artist. Success remained with the artist. After a gallery exhibition in New York and a book publication of his works titled "Kyoto Romance" he is as famous as a woodblock artist as he used to be as a kimono designer. This item is as new. Top condition and vibrant colors! Directly from the publisher Unsodo, never been framed, never been rolled up and kept in professional condition. Size : 425 x 215 mm Full paper size: 455 x 250 mm Signed - Lower right in the margin with red artist seal The lot contains 1 item. Large work, narrow alley, towards purple paper umbrella.
