J. ten Cate (XIX-XX) - Boeren landschap

This pretty little landscape (oil on panel) was painted by Henk Jan Ten Cate (1867-1955). Many subjects of his work were landscapes, cityscapes in an impressionistic style. It is a keepsake from my grandmother that does not fit my very modern minimalist interior. This is the reason for selling, where it must not be left unsaid that it is a very beautiful oil-painted landscape. The dimensions are: outer frame measurements 33.5 cm x 28.5 cm The depth 5 cm The panel 19 cm x 14 cm By an independent expert, its value has been estimated at 450 to 600 euros. Extremely important for the bidder to know is that the seller reserves the right not to sell the painting and thus not to deliver for an amount lower than 175 euros. The Catawiki expert should, if it is helpful, indicate their estimated value. The attached photos are somewhat amateurish, but bidders will still get the impression that this is a beautiful painting. The work can be picked up but can also be shipped. When shipping, the packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER. The shown shipping costs are automatically generated based on weight. The purchaser will be charged the actual packaging and shipping costs.
