From the IV volume of the famous "Description of Milan adorned with many copper engravings of the most conspicuous factories to be found in this Metropolis, collected and ordered by Serviliano Latuada, Milanese Priest (1704-64), 5 volumes, milestones of Milanese iconography from the seventeenth to the eighteenth centuries. In Milan, MDCCXXXVII (1737-8), at the Royal-Ducal Court at the expense of Giuseppe Cairoli, Books Merchant" Etching and engraving on laid paper without watermark, verso blank, wide margins, usual editorial folds, sporadic traces of oxidation, fine inking enhanced by the suggestive modern pastel coloring.
