After a career in law, she devoted herself entirely to painting. Her work rests on color as a vital force and on automatic painting, born from her dreams and laid down upon waking. Critic Jean-Paul Gavard-Perret places her language at the crossroads of Nolde, Cocteau, Masson, and Basquiat. Her work has also been commented on by Jean-Louis Poitevin (AICA).
