Ilo Garcia - Marilyn Monroe – Handmade Pixel Art Wooden Sculpture

MARILYN MONROE – PIXEL ART SCULPTURE An icon of Hollywood reinterpreted in pixels. This original sculpture pays homage to Marilyn Monroe, one of the great icons of 20th-century popular culture. The piece transforms Marilyn's unmistakable image into a three‑dimensional sculpture with a pixelated aesthetic. Its composition plays with visual perception: up close, the cubes create an almost abstract arrangement; from a distance, the recognizable Marilyn Monroe gesture appears over a New York City subway ventilation grate from the film The Seven Year Itch (1955). Inspired by the aesthetics of the 80s and 90s, MOLT XULO combines nostalgia, pop culture, and contemporary design to create original sculptural pieces full of personality.
