Héctor D'Espinoza (XX) - Scena galante e concerto - XL format

Pair of Monumental Neo-Rococo paintings – H. D'Espinoza – Oil on Canvas (120x60 cm) with protective glass and imposing frames (146x85 cm). Extraordinary pendant pair of oil on canvas paintings of imposing dimensions, created by the artist Héctor D'Espinoza and datable approximately to the 1970s–1980s of the 20th century. The works depict two lively and refined genre scenes in perfect Neo-Rococo/18th-century taste: 1. Salon and Reading Scene: Gentlemen and ladies in elegant period attire, engaged in listening and charming conversation (signature H. D'Espinoza at bottom right). 2. The Chamber Concert: Music-themed scene with a lady at the fortepiano, a violinist at center, and elegant period spectators (signature H. Espinosa at bottom left). Details and Condition: - Artist: Héctor D'Espinoza (H. D'Espinoza / H. Espinosa) - Era: 1970s–1980s (20th century) - Technique: Oil on canvas - Canvas Dimensions: 120 x 60 cm (each) - Overall Dimensions (with frame): 146 x 85 cm (each) - Frames and Protections: Imposing and elegant gilded frames, fitted with fabric matting and front protective glass on both paintings. - Conservation Status: Excellent overall condition, for both canvases and frames and glass. The pair represents a rare opportunity for interior designers and collectors seeking monumental pieces with strong visual impact and symmetry for classical salons or period residences. Delivery Conditions: Given the monumental size and overall volume, only in-person pickup by the purchaser (or via a private/specialized courier of their choice) is provided. Willingness to arrange a first layer of protection for transport. Customs duties in the destination country are solely at the buyer's expense.
