Title: Hanneke van Heusen - 'Mozart in Orange and Blue' (Monogram Hannartalliance) – Part of a Diptych About the artwork A rare and emotionally charged painting by the Dutch visual artist Hanneke van Heusen (born 1959 in Breda). This work, titled Mozart in Orange and Blue, forms a crucial keystone within her oeuvre. The canvas originally emerged as part of an impressive diptych. Within this series, the artist translates Mozart's musical dynamism and genius into a powerful, lyrically abstract composition in which deep blue and vibrant orange predominate. Specifications Artist: Hanneke van Heusen (b. 1959, Breda) Title: Mozart in Orange and Blue Type: Original work, part of a diptych Signature: Hand-signed with the well-known monogram/pseudonym Hannartalliance Framing: Supplied with the original framing Condition: Perfect, undamaged condition Provenance & Unique Story What makes this work exceptionally valuable is the verified and personal history of the creator. The painting was created in her very first large studio, a period that marked the official beginning of her full commitment to the artist’s life. Today, Hanneke van Heusen works from her studio in Gilze-Rijen. The canvas has in the past been part of a specific theme-exhibition around Mozart. Very recently there was direct contact with the artist about this particular painting. She reacted extremely surprised and moved when the work resurfaced. In her correspondence, she passionately confirmed that Mozart in Orange and Blue holds very important emotional value for her, because it originated at an artistic hinge point: a period of great personal and professional transition in her career. Certification We are currently in direct contact with the artist to issue an official Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and to further document the exact exhibition history. If this certificate is issued during or after the auction, it will of course be transferred directly to the winning bidder. For the collector This is a unique opportunity to acquire a verified key work from a established Dutch artist. A tangible piece of art-historical history from her first large atelier, directly acknowledged and confirmed by the artist herself. An absolute asset for any collection of contemporary Benelux art.
