Large Vintage Murano Glass 'Swirl' Pendant Light – Brass Fixture – 1970s Pendant light made of mouth-blown Murano glass, produced in Italy in the 1970s. This lamp was imported at the time and certified for the North European market, as evidenced by the original German BSp approval label on the inside of the ceiling cap. The shade is made of high-quality, semi-transparent opal glass with the iconic, blown 'swirl' or whirl pattern. This relief creates an incredibly diffused and atmospheric light effect when the lamp is lit.
