Hanging lamp (2) - glazed

A very beautiful pair of vintage hanging chandeliers (also known as balloon lamps or globes), made in Capodimonte style, typical of Italian artisanal ceramic craftsmanship from the second half of the twentieth century (presumably between the 1950s and 1960s). The central structure and the rosettes are in glazed white porcelain or ceramic, enriched with hand-applied floral details. The large lower globes are in satin (or frosted) glass with a geometric diamond-engraved pattern on the surface. They feature rich Baroque/Shabby Chic decoration with pink-toned rose reliefs and green leaves, a classic of Capodimonte porcelain tradition. Under the glass globe there are additional floral appliques and a pointed tip. One of the chandeliers shows a small damage/scratch as seen in the photo. All floral decorations are in good condition and undamaged.
