Grey freshwater pearls - Adam's Tears

I offer at auction a spectacular LONG OPERA necklace of natural freshwater cultured pearls in gray tones. The entire necklace has been professionally hand-knotted with a knot between each pearl. The large clasp is made of 925 sterling silver. One of the most well-known ecclesiastical and popular traditions about the origin of dark pearls tells that after being expelled from the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve bitterly cried over their sin.
