Gorgeous smoky quartz

Smoked Quartz is a fairly common mineral, known for its smoky and transparent appearance. While from a jewelry standpoint it is not of much value, throughout history its distinctive look has fascinated many peoples. It was, for example, a sacred stone to the Druids. In medieval China, instead, it was used to make a kind of sunglasses, while today it is Scotland’s national stone.
