Some clubs still have their traditional leather grips, appropriate to the period in which these clubs were made. The clubs are deliberately in authentic, used condition. The clubs have not been aggressively polished or restored. Inscriptions, logos, ferrules and other historic details are still visible. The leather dark-green Slazenger bag is also an attractive part of the collection. The bag features a classic construction, metal fittings, shoulder strap, original Slazenger badge and an old handicap/score hanger. Age and wear are part of the authentic state. The full collection is offered as one lot and is preferably not split up. An atmospheric collection from a period when names like Ben Hogan, Jean Donald, Jack Nicklaus and Henry Cotton held a significant place in international golf.
