Friedrich August Gross (1891-1970) - Flusslandschaft mit Park- und Turmansicht

River landscape with park and tower view Atmospheric, harmoniously composed landscape depiction of a gently winding river, lined by stately deciduous trees and delicate birches. In the background the dense vegetation reveals a view of a bright building with a characteristic tower roof. The composition is characterized by an balanced play of light and shadow as well as fine reflections of the treetops and the sky on the water surface.
