Fr. 258. 1899 $2 Silver Certificate. PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45 EPQ. A vivid denim-blue overprint can likewise be observed and accounts for quite the aesthetic and technical spectacle. No wonder this design has long been popular with collectors and dealers. Estimate: $800 - $1,200.
