fischertechnik - Assembly kit (19) Vintage - West Germany Time Capsule

Fischertechnik | 19 Vintage Sets & Books | 1970s/80s. Fifty years of technical nostalgia. And a Christmas gift that Grandpa himself will enjoy again. Imagine this. It’s December 1978. Outside it’s cold, inside there’s a blue box on the table full of red and gray construction bricks. No screens, no smartphones. Just the click of construction pieces, turning gears, and the soft hum of a small electric motor. Welcome to the world of Fischertechnik! An impressive vintage collection from the legendary 70s and 80s. No fewer than 19 original building and expansion sets, complemented by an extensive collection of historical construction books, manuals, experiment guides, and catalogs. From classic mechanical constructions to the fascinating world of early electronics and digital circuits. A collection with character, technical history, and a hefty dose of nostalgia. And the best part? The majority of the sets have been checked and found complete. Some have never been used! A Christmas gift for two generations Forget the latest video game console for once. Imagine your grandpa showing his grandchild how to bring a complete machine to life with gears, shafts, and an electric motor. Together build a crane, connect an electrical circuit, or figure out why that one construction doesn’t quite do what the manual promises. Grandpa knows better, until his grandchild proves him wrong. That’s the charm of Fischertechnik. A special gift for the upcoming holidays, for collectors, technical enthusiasts, and new generations of curious builders. The collection: from mechanics to early computer technology This extensive collection showcases the development of Fischertechnik during one of the most interesting periods in its history. Included among others: The classics * Fischertechnik basic construction set 50 * Expansion sets 50/1, 50/2 and 50/3 * Various original construction parts, wheels, axles and gears Construction and statics * Fischertechnik 50 S/1 * Fischertechnik 50 S/2 * Fischertechnik 50 S/3 * Additional construction and statics parts Motors and electromechanics * Fischertechnik mot2 * Fischertechnik mot3 * Fischertechnik em2 * Fischertechnik em3 * Mechanical drives, switches, wiring and relays Electronics and digital technology * Fischertechnik ec3 * Electronics Practicum * IC-Digital Practicum * Electronic circuits, experiment modules and various accessories And it doesn’t stop there. The collection contains a large quantity of original parts, neatly organized storage boxes, and additional technical components. Two remarkable highlights: Electronics & IC-Digital Practicum For true Fischertechnik connoisseurs, these two experiment kits deserve special attention. The Electronics Practicum and IC-Digital Practicum come from the period when digital electronics was still something fascinating and new. Experimenting with transistors, relays, integrated circuits, and digital logic. Build, connect, and understand how electronic systems work. No computer screen that provides the answer. You had to think for yourself. These specialized experiment systems are attractive collectibles within the historical Fischertechnik world and make this lot extra interesting. The big fire engine Another striking feature of the collection is the large Fischertechnik Fire Engine, the famous fire truck with a retractable ladder. A beautiful example of the ambitious construction toy from that era. The original box is present, including a rather personal detail: a previous owner has scribbled enthusiastically on the packaging with a black felt-tip. Not ideal for the perfectionist. But an honest piece of vintage history. The contents and completeness are offered as pictured. An impressive amount of original documentation In addition to the 19 sets, this lot includes an extensive collection of original Fischertechnik publications. Including: * Original Fischertechnik Hobby books * Dutch- and German-language experiment manuals * Technical construction and model-building guides * Building instructions for mechanics, statics, and electronics * Historical product brochures * The original Fischertechnik catalog 1979/1980 Beautiful publications full of technical drawings, examples, models, and the distinctive design from the 70s. For lovers of vintage graphic design and historical technology, even browsing these books is a treat. A great opportunity for collectors Original Fischertechnik construction sets, vintage electronics expansions, and historical manuals are often collected separately. Here, a substantial selection comes together in one lot. From simple building blocks to advanced digital experiments. From the first mechanical constructions to the toys with which a whole generation learned electronics. 19 sets. A substantial collection of original documentation. More than half a century of history. A unique chance to acquire in one go a versatile vintage Fischertechnik collection for your home. And with the holidays approaching, perhaps the most beautiful excuse to finally sit at the table with toys again.
