Fabris - Luigi Fabris - Figure - Nobildonna con ombrellino - Porcelain

The figurine is a creation attributed to the famous Italian sculptor and ceramicist Luigi Fabris (1883–1952). Made of glossy porcelain hand-painted in polychromy with gilded trim and profiles on the circular base. It is the figure known as 'Lady with a parasol' (identified in the manufacturer’s catalogs with serial number 704/L). The sculpture depicts a noblewoman in a refined period costume, characterized by a bright green jacket, a wide-brim magenta hat decorated with feathers, a white dress finely painted with floral motifs, and a coordinated parasol. On the bottom of the base there is the painted signature "Fabris", accompanied by the characteristic red anchor symbol and the model serial number (704/L). Good condition with normal signs of age and wear. The height is about 21 cm. See photos for condition and measurements. I do not ship outside the European Union.
