DINKY TOYS - FRANCE (1) - Lot 249

DINKY TOYS - FRANCE (1) 526 MERCEDES BENZ 190SL, gray, with windows, convex rims, glossy black chassis. Rare box with over-labels used by Meccano to repurpose surplus old boxes (24H) with the new part number 526 and indicate the presence of windows. Tab No. 8-212. Very discreet pin heads on the fenders, barely visible on this gray model. Box is complete and straight, with traces of adhesive tape on the two illustrated sides, but these do not prevent any flaps from closing. Overlabels in good condition on both sides. A-.c.
