An extremely rare type from one of the monarchs in the Danish royal line who is most difficult to acquire. Known for his mild and generous nature, Erik III earned the nickname "Lamb." His reign was marked by intense civil strife, during which he successfully fought against his cousin Oluf to defend the throne. He secured a unique place in Danish history as the only monarch to voluntarily abdicate. After stepping down, he entered a monastery in Odense, where he died shortly after in 1146.
