A perfectly preserved and full-flan specimen with an exquisite, light turquoise patina surrounding the beautifully struck details that rise from the background, which exhibits a considerable mint luster. The depiction of the standing king / warrior with a drawn sword and raised shield is exceptional in Danish numismatics, both in terms of choice of motif and artistic style. Extremely rare.
