Decorative ornament (2) - Abstract relief decor - Belgium...

Special set of two vintage ceramic radiator evaporators from the 1960s–1970s, executed in a characteristic mid-century style. Both pieces are manufactured in Belgium (one bears an original sticker, under UV light the country of origin is visible but difficult to identify) made of ceramic and finished with a deep dark brown, glossy glaze. The front is decorated with expressive abstract relief decorations in vivid orange-red and turquoise blue. The contrasting colors, organic shapes and geometric motifs give these objects a pronounced decorative character. The set consists of two different versions: - One radiator evaporator with flat back and mounting hole, suitable for mounting on a flat radiator. - One radiator evaporator with specially shaped back, designed for placement between the elements of a radiator. Both pieces have the same dimensions and together form a particularly beautiful and harmonious whole. Dimensions per piece: - Height: 25 cm - Width: 8 cm - Depth: 7 cm Material: Glazed ceramic Period: 1960–1970 Style: Mid-century modern/vintage Quantity: 2 pieces Nice vintage condition with signs of use appropriate for its age. The photos are an integral part of the description. A decorative and functional set that fits very well within a vintage, retro or mid-century interior. Carefully packed and shipped.
