Corneille (1922-2010) - Chat bleu

Vivid color lithography by Corneille: a luminous blue cat, a bird, and a large red sun come together in a fanciful composition full of vitality. The color-coordinated blue-and-gold frame nicely echoes the cat motif. Signed in pencil and dated “Corneille ’95”, numbered 146/250. Back with a label from the Kunsthaus Haenle, which designates the work as “Blue Cat”, 1995. Dimensions: image approx. 39 × 30 cm; with frame approx. 77 × 66 cm. Condition: The sheet is in very good condition. The frame shows damage due to a fall: on the front lower rail traces, at the back a noticeably chipped corner and damage to the rear panel. The decorative effect in the front view remains. Please refer to the detail photos. Sale includes the frame shown. The value-added tax is not shown separately - Art & Used Items special regulation under § 25a UStG. This lot contains AI Visualisations.
