全部拍賣 / Contemporary Art / Claudio Rolfi (1960) - Colazione al mare
Claudio Rolfi, born in Genoa in 1960. From his early works one notices the great fascination that 20th-century Italian art has exercised on him, with masters such as Casorati, Morandi, Carrà and de Chirico. In his forty-year artistic career there are more than seventy solo exhibitions and countless artistic events, including TV programs dedicated entirely to him. The Maestro Rolfi’s artistic work has been discussed by the most important journalistic outlets and TV and radio stations. Among the most notable events are the grand exhibition Centoeventigiorni held at Santa Maria degli Angeli in Rome in 2002, inaugurated in the presence of Mrs. Franca Ciampi and Walter Veltroni, the exhibition at the Dopmiziano Museum in Rome, the solo show at Mondadori in Milan, the exhibition at the Palazzo della Cultura in Reggio Calabria and at BAM Baveno Arte Maggiore presented by Vittorio Sgarbi. The Maestro’s paintings have been used for about six years as set designs for the GEO program on Rai 3. His works are present in many Italian collections, in the United States, Japan, Canada and throughout the rest of Europe. Oil painting and mixed media on a canvassed panel. The work is a metaphysical subject dear to the artist. The painting comes with an authentication certificate signed and stamped and shipped by FedEx.
