Cien Ge Toys - Toy car T.V. Racing Car - 1980-1990 - Taiwan

Cien Ge Toys T.V. Racing Car CG-2033 – Vintage Battery Operated Toy – Scala 1:12 – Made in Taiwan Rare vintage battery-operated toy produced by Cien Ge Toys in Taiwan, model CG-2033 T.V. Racing Car, kept with its original box. The model depicts a large red competition/off-road car no. 33, complete with the two figures in the cockpit. The original packaging indicates a 1:12 scale and the toy's special features, including: - battery operation; - antenna with automatic up-and-down movement; - a system called “T.V. Screen.” The exemplar preserves numerous original details, including the two figures, the antenna, the headlights, the front bumper, the four wheels with “OFF-ROADER” tires, the interior, and the battery compartment cover. There are also some small original elements/stickers detached, visible in the photographs and supplied with the model. On the underside of the battery compartment lid is the Cien Ge Toys logo. The packaging bears “Made in Taiwan R.O.C.” and also features the label of the Italian importer IMPEX S.p.A., with reference to the Italian regulations of the era. Conditions The car presents in good overall cosmetic condition considering its age, with colors still vivid and details well preserved. The original box shows obvious signs of time and use, including edge wear, creases, abrasions and some distortions/damages to the cardboard. Please therefore carefully review all photographs, which are an integral part of the description. Electrical operation has not been tested. The model is therefore sold as NOT TESTED and no warranty is provided on the operation of the electrical mechanisms. The detached elements visible in the photographs have not been re-glued, in order to preserve as much of the toy’s originality as possible. Interesting vintage Taiwanese battery-operated toy collectible, particularly notable for the presence of the matching original box CG-2033.
