Christina Rudnick (1985) - Super Mario auf HOLZ

Some figures simply accompany us since our childhood. This hand-painted original piece brings back exactly that feeling, not on canvas, but on a solid piece of natural wood with all its cracks, edges and its history. As a gamer, you recognize the little plumber of course immediately. For me, he stands for countless evenings together, couch co-op, friendships and the feeling of always wanting to play one more level. That’s why I deliberately chose a weathered piece of wood. The natural shape determines the motif and makes every detail unique. Knotholes, cracks and unevenness were not hidden, but belong to the character of this artwork. The result is a mix of gaming nostalgia, street-art influences and rustic natural material – something that certainly doesn’t exist a second time. Whether in the gaming room, living room or in the collection, this piece instantly draws attention and is guaranteed to spark conversation. Details • Hand-painted original • Acrylic on solid natural wood • One of a kind • Dimensions approx. 67.5 × 27 × 4 cm • Naturally grown shape • Sides also designed • Signed • Ready to display immediately Thank you for supporting independent art. With every original you help me continue to create unique handmade works. A special collectible for Pokémon fans, gaming rooms, nerd rooms, or as an extraordinary gift for collectors and lovers of handmade pop culture art.
