Chivas Regal 12 Years Old Blended Scotch Whisky – Vintage Italian Bottlings – 75cl 43% – 3 Bottles A collection of three vintage bottles of Chivas Regal 12 Years Old Blended Scotch Whisky from Scotland. The lot consists of three 75cl bottles, all at 43% vol., featuring the classic historic Chivas Regal presentation. Bottle details: - Brand: Chivas Regal - Expression: 12 Years Old - Type: Blended Scotch Whisky - Producer: Chivas Brothers Ltd. - Distillery: Chivas Brothers Ltd., Distillers, Aberdeen, Scotland - Bottle size: 75cl each - Alcohol: 43% vol. - Number of bottles: 3 - Country of production: Scotland - Italian-market bottlings - Bottling period: vintage bottlings, probably dating from the late 1970s / 1980s The three bottles feature the characteristic historic Chivas Regal design, with the distinctive squat bottle shape, dark brown closures, black and gold labels and the large "12 Years Old" neck labels. The front labels state: "CHIVAS REGAL" "BLENDED SCOTCH WHISKY" "12 YEARS OLD" The rear labels feature the historic description of Chivas Brothers Ltd. and refer to the Strathisla Glenlivet Distillery and the production of Chivas Regal Whisky. The bottles were imported for the Italian market and retain original period Italian tax markings. The importers visible on the bottles include Seagram Italia S.p.A. and an older Italian importer from Torino. The different Italian import markings suggest that the bottles may belong to slightly different periods of the historic Italian distribution of Chivas Regal. Condition: All three bottles are sealed. The fill levels are very good considering the age of the bottles. The labels are generally well preserved for their age, with some yellowing, patina and minor age-related wear. The original dark brown capsules and Italian tax strips show significant age-related wear, staining and deterioration. One bottle has a particularly worn and damaged tax strip, clearly visible in the photographs. The bottles themselves appear to be in good condition, with no visible cracks or major damage. No original boxes are included. No visible leakage is apparent. Please carefully examine all photographs, which form an integral part of the description and show the exact three bottles included in this lot. An attractive collection of three vintage Chivas Regal 12 Years Old bottles, particularly interesting for collectors of historic Scotch whisky and vintage Italian-market bottlings.
