Real red precious coral from the Mediterranean is one of the most beautiful vacation souvenirs from Italy. Since ancient times, this precious gift from the sea has been turned into pieces of jewellery in Sicily and Sardinia, as well as in the Bay of Naples. These are a reminder of happy days spent under the bright sun, even if the travelers had long since returned to colder climes. This pair of stud earrings each set nine corals from Italy in warm, shiny yellow gold. The corals in the center measure around 11.8 mm in diameter and are framed by eight smaller corals.
