Chalice - Silver, Metal - Liturgical, 19th century.

Elegant 19th-century liturgical chalice, characterized by a slender, harmonious structure and refined decorative workmanship. The cup, internally gilded, presents at the bottom a refined undercup in 800 silver, finely worked with ornamental motifs of volutes and stylized leaves. The stem is articulated by several molded knots, with a central oval-shaped knot, while the broad circular base features a succession of concentric frames. The body is silver-plated with a substantial thickness, tested with a reagent, but internal examination by specialized personnel confirms that it is metal.
