Chair (4) - Antique wooden chairs from the late 1800s. - Wood, Textile

Elegant set of four chairs from the late 19th century, characterized by a refined solid-wood structure, fine artisanal workmanship, and a strongly decorative design. The chairs feature a shaped backrest with a wide central opening, with soft, sinuous lines—a particularly distinctive element of the set. The frame is enriched by an elegant play of curves and moldings, while the front legs are turned and worked with several baluster elements, giving the seats a substantial and refined appearance. This style is especially interesting for those who appreciate antique furnishings with woodwork and elegant proportions. The seat is upholstered in forest green velvet, a deep shade that pairs beautifully with the warm brown color of the wood. The contrast between the velvet and the glossy wooden surface further enhances the chairs’ silhouette. A coordinated set of four pieces, ideal for furnishing a dining room, a study, a living room, or to be inserted into a contemporary space as an accent element. The quantity of four pieces also allows them to be used either around a table or as individual seats within a design project. The chairs show normal signs of wear due to age and use. One locking pin of a seat is missing as shown in the photo. Measurements: L 44 cm P 50 cm H 88 cm Seat height 48 cm Follow me on Instagram: salottoviennese Shipping via PROFESSIONAL courier.
