Crafted by the world-famous Brasserie Cantillon in Brussels, this special cuvée is one of the absolute highlights of fruited lambic production. The Lou Pepe Framboise features an intense addition of 300 grams of fresh raspberries per liter, macerated in a blend of two-year-old lambics that have been aged entirely in select used Bordeaux wine barrels. Secondary carbonation is achieved in the bottle by adding a small amount of sweet liquor before corking.
