Wear at the headcaps and corners. Interior very clean on period wove paper, enhanced by the superb engravings by Benett. Camille Flammarion was the intimate friend of Pierre-Jules Hetzel. Together, they shared the same ambition: to make science accessible to all through magnificently illustrated works. Good copy.
