The candlesticks are made of solid 925 sterling silver and display an elegant, exuberant rocaille- and floral design. The chamfered bases, turned shaft, gracefully curved arms and beautifully profiled candle cups give the pair a particularly monumental and festive appearance. Both candlesticks bear the full German silver marks: crescent moon, crown, 925 and the eagle as the maker's mark of Bruckmann & Söhne.
