全部拍賣 / Ethnographic / Breccia-Agate tabletop – an extraordinary natural stone...
This impressive table top made of breccia agate is an extraordinary one-off piece with a fascinating, naturally formed mosaic structure. The round slab is composed of numerous differently shaped agate portions that blend into each other in intense red, burgundy, pink, brown, cream, and warm gold tones. Each fragment has its own pattern, structure and coloring, and they are connected by fine, contrasting interspaces. Particularly impressive are the partly clearly visible natural grainings, fine veining and mineral inclusions, which give the entire slab a lively and highly varied appearance. Through the polished surface, the colors and structures come into their own especially beautifully and the individual agate areas acquire an elegant depth. The term breccia agate describes the characteristic look of interconnected, originally fragmented rock areas, through which each piece has a completely unique appearance. The rich color palette from deep red to delicate pink and light cream areas makes this slab an extraordinary eye-catcher and is ideally suited as a high-quality tabletop, side table, coffee table, design element, or representative piece of furniture. Due to its size, the elaborate workmanship, and the extraordinary natural drawing, this breccia agate slab is particularly interesting for collectors, mineral lovers and enthusiasts of exclusive natural stone furniture. A striking piece of natural art that combines the original beauty of agate with high-quality craftsmanship and a modern round form. Stone: Beautiful Galaxy Labradorite Weight: 19,544.33 g Size: 700.20 mm Treatment: None Origin: Madagascar In some pictures the piece was illuminated with a flashlight.
