Box - Interior Mirror - Brass - jeweler

It is a jewelry box from the first half of the 20th century that interprets the Louis XVI style from an elegant, domestic decorative sensibility, where classical geometry and ornamental accents combine with warm materials and rich contrasts. The metal structure, worked in a soft golden tone, features a neoclassical-inspired fretwork, with small volutes and straight lines that evoke the clarity and order typical of the style. The lid, lined with red velvet, adds a touch of intimate theatricality: that deep red that converses with the gold and makes the piece an object of immediate presence. In the center stands a metallic medal, conceived as a decorative emblem, that acts as a focal point and reinforces the Louis XVI aesthetic with its insignia or cameos aura. When the box is opened, an inner mirror appears, a typical detail of jewelry cases of the era, designed for the daily ritual of personal adornment. The interior, also lined in red velvet, creates a warm and enveloping atmosphere, perfect for safeguarding small pieces with a touch of discreet luxury. The set rests on curved feet, which elevate the box and give it a nearly stage-like presence, as if it were a small piece of furniture in miniature. The front lock completes the design with a gesture that is both functional and decorative. A piece that combines ornamentation, elegance and craftsmanship, ideal for collection, decoration or everyday use with historic charm. Insured shipping and careful packaging.
