Her work has also been highlighted on British television Channel 4, in the program “Huge Homes with Hugh Dennis.” Her work is part of a research into image, collective memory, and the traces left by time. Drawing inspiration from 20th-century images, Bazévian explores their transformation, alteration, and reinterpretation through a personal pictorial language. Between collective memory and personal history, her work evokes oxidized, erased, or time-transformed images. The gaze becomes presence, texture becomes light, and every image reactivated by imagination gradually transforms into a new memory. Bazévian thus develops a distinctive and sensitive universe, at the boundary between figurative and abstract, where fragments of the past become the starting point of a contemporary and personal work.
