全部拍賣 / Contemporary Art / Aurora Basile - Composizione Square Q01 - 4 dipinti su telaio
Line Square Acrylics on canvas Artwork composed of four canvases of different sizes Year 2026 Aurora Basile | Colors and Abstraction The abstract work is characterized by bands of color that create a soft, luminous depth. The color palette, dominated by blues, lilacs, pale greens, and golds, evokes a sense of suspended peace and quiet magic. Thanks to the compositional pattern and the number of canvases, the work lends itself to highly versatile installations: the brushstrokes, when oriented vertically, tell of an ascent with pure movement, while horizontally the texture becomes a landscape with incredible chromatics. The work is composed of 4 painted square canvases with the following measurements: no. 1 canvas 38x38x3.5 cm no. 1 canvas 31x31x3.5 cm no. 1 canvas 25x25x3.5 cm no. 1 canvas 15x15x3.5 cm The work as a whole is unique and original, hand-painted with acrylic colors on professional canvases with a wooden frame; each canvas is signed on the back. Authenticity: the work is accompanied by the Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. Each of the 4 canvases that comprise the work is already stretched on its original frame, ready to be hung directly on the wall. The entire perimeter of the canvases is painted. To facilitate the choice among the numerous possible compositional solutions, the artist offers in an image four optimal compositional solutions. The work has been designed to be displayed without a frame, mounted in the open, and is therefore ready to hang on the wall. Images: This listing contains representations of photo-montaged environments on stock images. Please refer to the original photographs to verify the actual conditions of the object. The image-montaged environments are for illustrative purposes. In the views an attempt was made to maintain a correct proportion between the dimensions of the work and those of the main elements present; however, please verify that the real dimensions of the work (no. 1 canvas 38x38x3.5 cm, no. 1 canvas 31x31x3.5 cm, no. 1 canvas 25x25x3.5 cm, no. 1 canvas 15x15x3.5 cm) are satisfactory for the buyer. The real colors of the work may differ in intensity or shade from those in the images due to the different characteristics of display screens. SHIPPING NOTE: The work is shipped exclusively within the European Union (EU). No shipments to non-EU countries, overseas territories, or destinations requiring customs procedures (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland). The work will be carefully packaged and protected and shipped via a tracked courier. About the artist Aurora Basile | The Geometric Force and Metaphysical Vision Aurora Basile, a Milanese artist who spends time between Puglia and Lombardy, fuses in a unique visual language her polyhedral versatility: a designer of interiors and furnishings, with a solid background in artistic techniques and in graphic and architectural composition. This deep blend of project precision and painting freedom gives life to unexpected works, where the rigorous geometry of forms opens up to the essence of the world around us. In her acrylic canvases – described by critics as “windows onto inner universes” – optical illusion, graphic composition, and metaphysical essence merge to capture moods and emotions of our time. Characterized by an elegant line and a refined color palette, her paintings offer suspended peace, uniting fragile and powerful beauty with a profound invitation to reflection. An acclaimed artist active on the national scene, Aurora Basile lives and works in Milan. Her works have been exhibited in important museums and galleries across Italy, including the Galata Maritime Museum in Genoa, the Contemporary Art Museum in Alcamo, the Diocesan Museum of Gubbio, and exhibition spaces in Rome, Palermo, Milan, Matera, and Lecce. Recently, Aurora Basile was selected for the exhibition “Diversi Universi” as part of the Fifth Edition (2026) of the Sinestesie Award in L’Aquila, Italian Capital of Culture 2026. Buying a work by Aurora Basile means bringing home not only a piece of contemporary art with strong visual and emotional impact, but the fruit of decades of aesthetic research, professionalism, and dedication to design in its multiple forms. aurorabasile.it
