It helps clarify and deepen thoughts, and can provide inner vision to achieve an objective point of view in any situation or issue, thanks to the transparency of this mineral. The calming power of this stone allows shy and fearful people to express themselves easily in public, release repressed feelings, and present their thoughts. Aquamarine also provides a sense of well-being, thus strengthening the energetic system in the face of life's complex situations. It eliminates past negative memories such as grudges, anger, envy, hatred, jealousy, etc... Additionally, it has the ability to inspire feelings of serenity, joy, and peace, to better understand the people around you. Aquamarine acts positively on the third eye and the heart chakra, generating states of consciousness, maintaining perception of reality, and awakening psychic powers.
