An early 19th century semi-circular cloak century for the European market, woven on a Jacquard loom. Silk tassels purely decorative. With an Indian 19th century Khana blue silk and gold hand woven short loom panel. The central panel woven on a narrow loom 46cm wide, edged with pink silk, backed in fine gauze. Red cape; 330cm wide x 140cm long. Condition; the semicircular cloak has ware and is holed in places, would benefit cleaning. The brocade is in good condition.
