An 18k two colour gold old-cut diamond and ruby Retro Style neck bangle. Openwork hinged necklace with historicising foliate engraving. Decorated with seven graduated floral rosettes set alternately with rubies and old-cut diamonds, interspersed with six three-stone links set with old-cut diamonds and rubies. Approx. 168 old-cut diamonds (total approx. 6.2 ct, H/K, VS/SI) and 13 prong-set oval faceted rubies (total approx. 4.1 ct). Concealed box clasp with two length-adjustment settings. Stamped on the clasp: Fineness 750. Diameter 10.0 x 10.0 cm. Weight 131.30 g. 1940s/50s.
