Amsterdam School Clock - Wood, Brass - 1920-1930

• Style and period: Amsterdam School / Art Deco (1920–1930). • Materials: Red-brown oak with notably veined grain and coromandel wood accents on the front. • Design: Wavy side panels at the front that frame the dial. • Dial: Brass dial with sharp numerals and typical Art Deco hands. • Movement: Original, authentic movement with a round-strike on the half and full hours; runs well. The clock winds up well and has probably stood still for too long and is therefore a bit stiff. Without key and with a few spots on top. See photos for a good impression; these are part of the sale.
