A PAIR OF ITALIAN CARVED ALABASTER LAMPS 20TH CENTURY 159cm high Provenance: Maharaja Bahadur, Sir Prodyot Coomar Tagore KCIE, Bengal, India Private Collection, 17, Grosvenor Square, London, England Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches abrasions consistent with age, use and handling, some scuffs and marks to the edges and extremities, Some old chips and losses, some signs of repair, one stem appears to have previously broken through and been well repaired, due to the variegated nature of the alabaster this is not obvious nor stand out, the shades have slight size variation - one fits both stem but one only fits one These have been wired and have internal twin light fittings beneath the removable covers, these look to be fairly modern fittings Please see additional images sent via email link for visual reference to condition and appearance.
