The decoration consists of green transfer-printed designs featuring stylized figures such as celestial beings with star-decorated robes, alongside crowns. The figures are set against a subtle marbled cream ground. The base of the plate is marked in green with Milky Way above a circular stamp for Of Etruria / Wedgwood / & Barlaston / Made in England.
