2022 Henri Chauvet "Qui sait" & 2021 "Tout la Haut" - Loire - 2 Bottle (0.75L)

Set of two bottles from winemaker Henri Chauvet. The first is a red wine, cuvée "Tout La-Haut", AOP Côtes d'Auvergne - Boudes, vintage 2021, grape Gamay. The level is perfect, the label and the wax intact. The second is a pétillant wine made in the ancestral method, with no appellation (Vin de France), vintage 2022, grape Gamay vinified in Blanc de Noir. The wine is aged 36 months on laths, disgorged on demand and released from the estate this year. These wines of a few years have been perfectly stored in a climate-controlled cellar, and are now ready to drink. Independent winemaker established since 2021, Henri Chauvet has already made a name for himself with his natural wines of great stature. Indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention winemaking, whole clusters and old foudres, without sulfur or filtration. The wines are produced in small quantities and are already highly sought after by enthusiasts.
