This rare and refined white wine comes from a rigorous parcel selection of three indigenous grape varieties: Vermentinu (majority), Biancu Gentile and Genovese. Grown on soils of rolled pebbles, alluvium and deep clays, these varieties enjoy a Mediterranean climate marked by the influence of the sea and the maquis, giving the wine a saline freshness and a beautiful mineral tension. Careful élevage for remarkable aromatic complexity Produced with precise vinification (cold chamber aging, direct pressing, controlled fermentation) and a prolonged élevage of more than two years in wooden foudres, the Sophie 2020 Cuvée develops a pale, bright color, an intense nose of citrus, white flowers and honey, as well as a powerful, round and persistent palate, subtly oaked.
