Gorelli 2019 is described on its back label as a wine produced through spontaneous fermentation, with prolonged fermentation in wood and ageing for more than 36 months in large casks. It is bottled unfiltered. Renieri 2013 is also unfiltered. Its back label specifies that any sediment should be considered a natural consequence of the wine’s maturation.
