DESCRIPTION: Producer: Ressia Wine: Langhe Nebbiolo "Gepù" Vintage: 2018 Number of Bottles: 6 Size: 0.75L Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo Aging: its maturation in large Slavonian oak barrels for 36 months Alc.: 14% Following the gentle pressing of Nebbiolo grapes, alcoholic fermentation takes place using a traditional method in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 28–30°C. Four daily pump-overs, each lasting an average of 30 minutes, facilitate a 6 to 8 day maceration period, after which the must is racked to ensure good clarity. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine undergoes aging for 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks, followed by a final 6 months of bottle aging. Color: Vibrant, luminous garnet Aroma: Highly distinctive bouquet featuring fruit preserved in spirits and spice, alongside classic mineral nuances; remarkably fresh. Taste: Rich, full-bodied, and round, with elegant, fine tannins and a subtle acidic note.
