The grapes of this French red wine are harvested exclusively by hand, at the moment of their optimal ripeness. After harvest, the grapes reach the press by the fastest route. They are sorted and gently crushed there. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and in small wood at controlled temperatures.
