2.80 × 1.42 meters Gobelin tapestry in Gobelin fabric...

Original: a gobelin fabric tapestry characterized by a lively graphic composition dedicated to iconic female figures inspired by Mexican culture, drawing on the figure of Frida Kahlo, reinterpreted with an illustrated, colorful and contemporary taste. The drawing is organized in decorative panels arranged in a regular grid composition. The images alternate two different depictions: a full-length stylized figure, wearing traditional dress and a crown of red roses, and a half-length portrait enriched by a rich floral hairstyle. The orderly repetition of the subjects creates an original patchwork effect, harmonious and of great visual impact. The palette combines warm beige tones and sage green with accents of red, pink, black and ivory. The colors of the flowers, dresses and accessories stand out gently against neutral backgrounds, making the fabric suitable for both modern environments and furnishings with an ethnic, bohemian, retro or eclectic style. The gobelin weaving gives the fabric a solid, tactile surface, highlighting the details of the illustrations and creating a pleasant effect similar to a traditional tapestry. The tapestry also features a black perimeter finish, which elegantly defines the composition. Thanks to this finish it can be placed within a frame or hung as is, without the need for further processing. Ideal as wall decoration for living rooms, bedrooms, studios, ateliers, commercial premises and spaces furnished with artistic, ethnic or creative taste. It can also be used to create decorative panels, cushions, coverings, bags and original sewing projects. A decorative accessory with a lively and recognizable character, perfect for those who love floral illustrations, Mexican atmospheres and decorations rich in personality.
