1987 Saab 900 Turbo Cabriolet Just 45,000 km from new. Owned by the same keeper from the age of six months until 2022. A beautifully preserved example in an exceptional colour combination. The Saab 900 Turbo Convertible is one of those cars that has long since transcended its status as a classic. With its uncompromising Swedish design, turbocharged engine and engineering that often followed a path entirely its own, the 900 Convertible has become an icon of an era when Saab dared to think differently from everyone else. The Convertible combines the distinctive character of the classic 900 with an open air driving experience that few cars of its era can match. Its long bonnet, steeply raked windscreen and low soft-top line gives the car a profile that is instantly recognisable, while the turbocharged engine provides the performance and character that played such a significant role in establishing Saab's reputation. Behind the wheel, the experience is almost reminiscent of sitting in the cockpit of an aircraft – surrounded by the unmistakable Saab atmosphere, where everything is carefully considered and designed according to its own logic. Under the bonnet sits the most powerful engine variant offered in the 900 range: the 2.0-litre High Pressure Turbo producing 175 hp. ' The car was imorted from Sweden to Denmark in 2022, where Danish registration tax was paid. All inspection records and recorded mileage are documented. In Sweden, the car had just two owners, and from the age of six months until 2022, it remained in the hands of the same owner. The car has recently undergone a major service.
